METTLS Diagnostics began on basic Smart Reporting over CrelioHealth: colour-coded results and plain-language explanations, and little else. When the team was ready, it moved to the Personal report with the Report Summary add-on on an Enterprise plan, which adds a personalised summary for every patient.
