About Chandan Healthcare
Established in 2003 in Lucknow, Chandan Healthcare runs pathology and radiology under one roof: a flagship laboratory, central and satellite labs, and a wide network of collection centres and Chandan Medical Centres. The group listed on the NSE and has been adding cities and states at a steady clip.
It is the kind of operator whose growth exposes every weakness in a reporting system. What works for three centres rarely survives thirty, and what works in Lucknow has to work in a collection centre two states away.
Growth that outran the reporting
Chandan was opening centres faster than its reporting could follow. Health packages were selling well across tier 2 and tier 3 towns, and the report was the one thing every patient took home. A standard LIS printout was doing nothing for that sale, and every change to the template needed engineering time.
The team also wanted to tune what went out centre by centre and package by package, without raising a ticket for each change.

As new centres opened, the same configuration followed them. That is how a pilot became coverage across pincodes nationwide rather than a Lucknow-only feature.
